What information do we collect about you?

We collect any information you may provide:

• When you join the panel, complete one of our surveys or take part in any other panel activity.
• If you contact us by phone, email, letter or other message.

We may also collect:

• With your agreement, your location via this or any of our apps.
• With your agreement, your mobile device ID for advertising.
• Your email address via one of recruitment partners should you indicate you are interested in joining our panel, so that we can invite you to join.
• Information using cookies, web beacons, and digital fingerprinting as explained in our full privacy policy.

How do we use your information?

We will use your information and any information you may provide about other members of your household:

• To keep a record of your membership of our panel.
• To invite you to complete a survey or participate in any other panel activity. If you agree to our using your mobile device location, some of these invitations may be based on your location.
• For market and social research analysis required to understand and report the results of the research studies you participate in.
• To contact you regarding your panel membership, respond to any message or communication from you or, with your agreement, to validate your participation in a survey or panel activity.
• To send you our newsletters or emails that provide details of any rewards you may be eligible for through participation in our surveys or other research activities.
• To send you any prize you may win, provide any reward you may order, and with your agreement, to publish any testimonial together with your picture that you may provide should you win one of our competitions.
• To send you, the panel member, survey invitations for the other family member to consider.
• We will identify any other purposes we may use your information for at the time we collect it and seek your consent to its use for that purpose.

How do we share your information?

We may share your information with:

• The operations and research teams within the Ipsos Group involved in supporting the panel and managing any research study you may participate in.
• Service providers engaged by Ipsos to perform functions on its behalf, including any rewards providers engaged to deliver rewards or competition prizes.
• If Ipsos is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
• As required or permitted by law; including where we believe the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process.

My preferences and rights?

You can:

• Opt-out of receiving our newsletters or emails that provide details of any rewards you may be eligible for through panel participation by using the link provided in those emails.

If you:

• If you want to request a copy of the personal information we may hold about you, correction of any inaccurate personal information we may hold about you or deletion / removal of the personal information that we may hold about you, please contact our Privacy Officer for further details (see "How to Contact Us?" section for contact details). Response to such requests are subject to legal limitations.
• With your agreement, your mobile device ID for advertising.
